Steve Wallach, Chief Executive Officer
With nearly three decades of sales and network marketing experience, CEO Steve Wallach has successfully guided Youngevity from a domestic seller to a worldwide marketer of products and services that support a healthy and empowered lifestyle. Like his father, Dr. Joel D. Wallach, Steve is passionate about ensuring the public’s access to complete and accurate health information. He is a frequent talk radio program guest and speaks eloquently about the company’s mission to empower consumers to make informed healthcare decisions. He believes passion should be the driving force behind any organization—and success cannot come without flexibility and efficiency. Having assembled a dynamic, talented and experienced management team, as well as solid infrastructure, Steve has positioned the company for steady growth and solid success.
Michelle Wallach, Chief Operating Officer
Michelle Wallach brings more than 20 years of experience in network marketing sales and management to Youngevity. Her career began in 1991 in Portland, Oregon, where she developed a successful nutritional health products distributorship. She later moved to San Diego in order to capitalize on the growing health and nutrition industry, and expand her business. In 1996, in Chula Vista, California, the Wallach family launched Youngevity. As COO Michelle is involved in the day-to-day challenges of running a corporation, while ensuring the company fulfills its mission of improving lives through vibrant health and flourishing economics.
Dave Briskie, President and CFO
As CEO of Javalution Coffee Company, Dave took the company public in 2009 via a Self Registration/Self Filing, one of only a few companies to accomplish this feat with FINRA and in 2011, Dave merged Javalution Coffee Company with Youngevity International, thereby making Youngevity a public company. As Youngevity’s CFO, Dave elevated the company to fully reporting status with the SEC, trading under the stock symbol YGYI.
Mr. Briskie became Youngevity’s President in 2015 and maintains his role as CFO. Presently, Briskie oversees all financial reporting, heads the investor relations activity, drives field management, including those in foreign markets, and has deployed a world class marketing and brand development team. He leads all mergers and acquisitions and has revolutionized the company’s growth strategy, which includes several dozen business combinations since the merger of Javalution and Youngevity. Dave is the architect of Youngevity’s current business model, vaulting Youngevity into the only Omni Direct company in the direct selling space. He is deeply passionate about coffee and has grown the company’s retail and direct to market coffee company into a conglomerate including the holding of 1000 acre coffee plantation in Nicaragua through Youngevity’s wholly owned subsidiary, CLR Roasters.
Prior to his role as CEO of Javalution Coffee Company, Briskie was CEO for of Drew Pearson Marketing, Inc., (DPM) a designer and manufacturer of licensed, private label and fashion headwear 18 years. Clients included Fortune 500 companies: Disney, Warner Bros., Anheuser-Busch, General Motors, NBA, the National Baseball Leagues and the NFL. While CEO of DPM, Dave also changed the culture in the workplace in China by building, staffing and operating the country’s first gender-integrated factory in Shenzhen China, including the installation of a daycare center in the factory, allowing husbands and wives to work together and have a safe environment for their children. In 2001, he oversaw the merger of DPM and its key manufacturer, as well as the subsequent initial public offering of the merged company on the Hong Kong stock exchange. Dave Briskie holds a double major in finance and marketing as a 1983 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Fordham University.
David Rutz, VP of Global Services
David Rutz was hand selected by the CEO of Youngevity to launch and lead the Service Division of Youngevity. David’s success in the Service sector of direct sales are highlights of his 25 plus years of direct sales, network marketing and executive operations. David is an inspirational leader and has led and trained national sales organizations. He has learned and understands the needs of distributors yet retains an “open ear” policy for continuous improvement. David was the founder of David Allen Capital and was asked to continue leading that mission inside the Service Division of Youngevity.
Raffy Lorentzian, VP, Corporate Controller
As Youngevity’s Corporate Controller, Raffy Lorentzian manages financial reporting and Youngevity’s U.S. and Global Operations. Raffy helps maintain the high level of integrity and transparency for which Youngevity is known. Prior to joining Youngevity, Raffy was the Chief Financial Officer of National Technical Systems, a publicly traded company. He started there as Controller in 1997, and with his strong SEC reporting experience, leadership skills and many successful accomplishments, Raffy was promoted to CFO in 2007. His continued efforts contributed to the Company’s rapid growth and increased shareholder value, which eventually led to the successful sale of the Company to a Private Equity Firm.
Raffy has held various controller and financial management positions throughout his career. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, profit-and-loss leadership, ERP conversions and mergers and acquisitions. When Raffy joined Youngevity in March of 2013, he was instrumental in the successful transition of the Company from a privately held company to a publicly traded company, providing timely and accurate financial reporting. He is also involved in the Company’s global expansion, acquisitions and IT initiatives. Raffy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bentley University.
Loren Castronovo, Chief Marketing Officer
Loren has an infectious enthusiasm for building brands and teams. She oversees the global development of Youngevity’s brand, and is passionately focused on helping people create the businesses and lives they imagine. She’s developing a talented team that manages marketing, product marketing, marketing communications, creative services and market research. Her strong consumer focus comes from working with global brands including Chanel, Revlon, Estee Lauder, Mary Kay, The Body Shop, Crayola, Creative Memories and more. She has served on multiple leadership teams helping to drive strategy and alignment to corporate initiatives; working across many different product categories. With her vast experience, she has come to believe that great brand experiences plus visionary leadership plus an engaged team will lead directly to profitability and loyal followers. Youngevity is thrilled to have Loren as our Chief Marketing Officer.
Wiley Hurt, VP of Global Operations / Senior Project Manager
Since 1997, Wiley has been involved in nearly every aspect of the growth and development of Youngevity. From designing and managing construction at corporate headquarters to managing international projects, Wiley is a dynamic asset to the company. He has played an extensive role in setting up Youngevity’s first overseas Distribution Center in New Zealand/Australia and is now working closely with Latin American and Russian offices to do the same. Wiley now serves as the Vice President of Global Operations at Youngevity, committed to continuing our company’s growth and spreading Dr. Wallach’s message around the world.
Jonnie Taylor, Senior Executive VP of Customer Service
As the leader of Youngevity’s Customer Service Team, Jonnie has a key role in assuring our distributors have the support they need to grow a successful independent business. She and her staff regularly advise Youngevity’s distributors, helping them set goals, stay motivated, streamline order processing and implement incentive programs. As a former distributor, Jonnie has a deep understanding of the challenges of business-building from a distributor perspective. Her invaluable insight and business-building skills have been central to the effectiveness of Youngevity’s customer relations and development.
Brad Kenson, Chief Technology Officer
Brad Kenson has more than 25 years of executive leadership experience building complex systems and international supply chains for both public and private companies. He joins Youngevity from MK Collaborative, where he most recently served as Divisional President, guiding the company from start-up to current day operations. While at MK Collaborative, Brad led the development of the company’s highly acclaimed on-line e-boutique platform, enterprise middleware and proprietary product lifecycle management systems. He has also held various executive-level positions in the apparel sector, most notably, Divisional President of Tarrant Apparel Group, where he was responsible for P&L oversight for more than $100 million in annual sales. Brad is responsible for leading the next generation enterprise, web and mobile IT systems development to meet the demands of Youngevity’s emerging international business and mobile workforce.
Scott Bell, VP of Analytics and Promotions
As a pioneer in Direct Selling Analytics, Scott Bell has contributed to the development of many of today’s current analytics models. Over the last 20 years, he’s helped top Direct Selling companies craft and manage successful worldwide marketing and promotional campaigns. Scott has also led global teams in the development of corporate and distributor analytics, business intelligence and distributor compensation models. He’s passionate about identifying opportunities and creating data-driven, actionable strategies that allow distributors to become healthier and more financially secure. Scott now brings his expertise to Youngevity; working closely with the Executive Team to create world-class sales programs and strategies.
Scott McElroy, VP of Information Technology
Scott McElroy brings 30 years of experience in the field of Information Systems and Technology to advance the strategic architecture, applications development, data center operations, cloud infrastructure, security and core technologies—and support business operations on a global scale. Prior to joining Youngevity, Scott McElroy led the design, development and implementation of strategic technology initiatives for Cisco Systems, Deloitte, Intel Corporation, Northern Trust of Chicago, The VONS Companies and numerous Fortune 500 companies while serving as President and CEO of two Southern California-based technology consultancies. Scott also managed the Office of Strategic Initiatives for First American Title’s Professional Real Estate Services where he directed a portfolio of large-scale application development projects valued in excess of $15M. In addition to numerous professional certifications, Scott McElroy has a B.S. in Business Administration and Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He has been involved in numerous professional, technical, and community organizations, having been formally recognized for his efforts by California’s Governor, State Assembly and State Senate.
Sandy Horwitz, VP of Distribution/Logistics
With a background in dancing, martial arts, Pilates and other areas of fitness, Sandy’s Youngevity career, not surprisingly, began with the goal of offering a professional fitness center as a part of the Youngevity opportunity. Sandy travelled around the country, setting up centers and training distributors. However, she was soon given the opportunity to run the distribution center and logistics. And with over 15 years of management experience, Sandy was a perfect fit. Twelve years later, Sandy remains the Distribution Manager for Youngevity, overseeing six teams of over 70 employees. In fact, she and her team are a major driving force for Youngevity, handling all distribution and logistics, both domestically and internationally, and dealing with every order received: small and large, incoming and outgoing. All in an effort to ensure Youngevity continues to grow and serve individuals around the globe.
Alex Theis, VP of Field Relations & Training
Alex Theis comes to Youngevity with extensive experience in nearly every area of the industry. His experience includes directing large customer service teams, developing sales initiatives, international management, commissions, IT/web, compliance, events, and distributor relations. He has worked extensively with million-dollar earners, becoming an advocate for tools, communication, and training. Additionally, Alex has become a passionate spokesperson for the Distributor Force. He’s spent an extensive amount of time speaking and training in North America, Asia, and Australia, and working with distributors in those areas, as well as, Europe and Central America. He has played a pivotal role in helping companies develop growth, improve communication, and increase employee and customer retention. Alex now brings his passion for relationship building and development to Youngevity, where he will work hand-in-hand with distributors and continue to develop our solid network.
Scott Salik, VP of Global Content
Scott Salik brings more than 30 years of technological and programming experience to Youngevity. He is a member of Producer’s Guild of America and Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. Scott’s experience includes work for feature films and all major television networks, as well as producing niche cable programming and creating marketing content for many of the great American brands. He served as VP of Programming and Network Development for Beachbody as part of the “Team Beachbody” launch team, and most recently as VP of Video with ViSalus. His track record for integrating state-of-the art technical and creative innovations to maximize content value, enhance user engagement and grow brands is unmatched in the direct sales industry. Scott is committed to accelerating the trailblazing vision Youngevity has set forth for the coming years.
Sean Brown, Director of Special Programs
As the Co-Founder of Mialisia™ Jewelry, Sean Brown possesses the progressive qualities needed to create and manage Youngevity’s special programs. Previously a bank executive at HSBC and Bank of America, two of the country’s leading financial institutions, Sean brings over 15 years of business strategies and sales experience. He has extensive experience leading large sales organizations and developing special programs and incentives for leading industries. Sean designed, built and is currently heading the Social Selling Program for Youngevity. As the company continues to grow, he will continue to develop necessary programs while helping support new acquisitions and developments.
